Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, design, and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and evidence-based protocols to treat various conditions, ensuring each patient receives tailored care.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and techniques, adapting methods to meet the specific needs of orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations.
• Provide ongoing patient education and engage caregivers in treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and better rehabilitation outcomes.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, fostering meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment regimens accordingly.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies, while achieving minimum utilization goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support Certification by the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Keenness to build rapport with patients and their families to exceed recovery expectations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation settings with a diverse patient demographic is preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities, including manual therapy protocols.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits
