Work Environment

This full-time position offers a collaborative and onsite outpatient office environment in the charming community of The Villages, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and needs to establish effective treatment plans aligned with their rehabilitation goals.
• Administer varied treatment modalities, including exercise, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment and tools to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at helping patients improve their functional skills and daily living activities.
• Continuously track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evaluations and feedback.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on effective techniques for self-care, mobility aids, and maintaining therapeutic protocols outside of the clinical environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends through participation in professional development, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic cases, neurologic conditions, post-surgical recovery needs, and chronic pain management. Qualifications
