This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in The Villages, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, assessing their medical history and physical condition, and determining appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to both patients and their families, involving them in goal setting for a tailored therapeutic experience.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation outcomes, continuously adapting methodologies to meet the unique needs of each patient in response to their condition and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in efficient discharge planning, providing clear follow-up care instructions and ensuring a seamless transition out of therapy.
• Monitor and document changes in patients' conditions, maintaining accurate and timely records that reflect each patient's journey through care.
• Participate actively in marketing initiatives to promote our services within the community, increasing awareness of available treatments and improving patient access.
• Mentor and instruct physical therapy students, sharing knowledge and fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all governmental and accreditation regulations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance within our practice.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and maintain current knowledge of industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Parkview PT Clinic, you will primarily work with adults and elderly patients who require rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will be integral in enhancing their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life through personalized therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current state licensure in Florida as required for practice.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, accompanied by comprehensive benefits, including:
