Work Environment

This position offers an onsite work environment in our dedicated outpatient clinic, where collaboration and communication are key. You will work a structured schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to each patient with a focus on their specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a reasonable patient load to ensure each individual receives the attention and time required for effective treatment.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Implement effective, cost-conscious treatment options that enhance patients' mobility and minimize pain.
• Encourage non-surgical interventions to reduce the dependency on medications for pain management.
• Collaborate with patients to create comprehensive care plans using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Encourage patient participation in customized fitness and wellness programs designed to meet their individual needs.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery journey by providing encouragement and support.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Continuously assess and track the effectiveness of treatment approaches, modifying plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and care provided, utilizing EMR software for accurate record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our team is specifically trained to handle a wide variety of conditions, ensuring that every patient receives the specialized care that corresponds to their specific rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A track record of maintaining an impeccable professional license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated competency in several manual therapy techniques.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Experience in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, to enhance documentation processes.
• Ongoing commitment to staying informed about the latest research-supported physical therapy techniques and practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Familiarity with a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Expertise in specific areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatrics, or orthopedic recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
