Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stretch Synaptic Therapy Services, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client, focusing on preventing disability, relieving pain, and enhancing muscle function in alignment with prescribed objectives.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' physical capabilities using diagnostic assessments, tests, and functional capacity evaluations.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants to guarantee the effective execution of treatment plans and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
• Communicating with clients and their families to provide education on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and overall physical therapy programs.
• Documenting and maintaining detailed clinical records, including evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team for holistic client care.
• Advising on necessary modifications to the care plan based on observed changes in clients' conditions and therapeutic responses.
• Participating actively in case conferences to contribute to an integrated approach to client treatment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida, with no disciplinary actions pending.
• CPR certification.
