Work Environment

This position is based onsite, where you will engage directly with patients in the comfort of their homes, offering convenience and personalized care. The working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced schedule that allows for patient engagement throughout the week. Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored physical therapy interventions for patients, focusing on their specific rehabilitation goals and health needs.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload that enables you to allocate adequate time for each patient's treatment and support.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop and implement effective treatment modalities.
• Focus on cost-effective treatment plans that enhance motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Craft comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' recovery objectives.
• Motivate patients by providing encouragement and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Conduct continuous evaluations of treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve overall patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and seamless communication in treatment protocols.
• Document patient progress meticulously using EMR software, such as Web PT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients in our outpatient home care setting, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or seeking preventative care. Our goal is to provide services that empower patients to regain their independence and function effectively in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated mastery of various manual therapy modalities and treatment techniques.
• Exceptional skills in designing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Proficient in the use of EMR software, particularly Web PT, to document patient care accurately.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices supported by current evidence and research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in home care practice.
• Demonstrated ability to develop interdisciplinary collaborations to enhance patient care delivery.
• Experience with rehabilitative technologies and modalities which contributes to innovative treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
