Work Environment

The successful candidate will work on-site at our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies. You will collaborate within a small team of experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while serving our patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs, goals, and treatment progress.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using a variety of therapeutic modalities, aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Manage a patient load of 2-3 clients per hour, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
• Empower patients by designing tailored fitness and wellness programs that cater to their unique capabilities and aspirations.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery and alleviate pain.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care, including progress tracking and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring comprehensive support for each patient's recovery journey.
• Evaluate treatment results, analyzing effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Deliver ongoing encouragement and motivation to patients, inspiring them to achieve their highest potential during treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes a broad spectrum of needs, from post-surgical recovery to sports-related injuries, as well as preventative care for active individuals. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state Physical Therapist License without any board actions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy skills, enhancing treatment effectiveness for pain management and functional recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable, as it aligns with our ongoing patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, for efficient documentation and care management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, contributing to collective patient success and team morale.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
