Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Social Psychotherapy And Counseling Services, LLC, you will engage with a diverse population of patients facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Your role will involve working closely with clients from various backgrounds, each with unique experiences and needs. Whether they are dealing with stress, relational conflicts, or navigating life transitions, your compassionate approach will help empower them towards positive mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active professional license in California as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of dedicated experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals experiencing emotional challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong ability to develop rapport and trust with clients effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, enhancing documentation processes and efficient record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
