HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a growing engineering and manufacturing company to hire an Office Administrator . This role will support general administrative operations, office coordination, employee services, company assets, vehicle coordination, access control, insurance documentation, and internal audit support.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who is organized, communicative, and comfortable supporting a busy office environment. Title: Office AdministratorType: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: North Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: DOE Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative requests and daily office support tasks.
- Manage employee custody items, office supplies, records, and documentation.
- Support company events and employee welfare activities.
- Assist with dormitory applications, housing-related coordination, and maintenance follow-up when needed.
- Manage company vehicle administration, including leasing, fuel cards, ETC accounts, and related records.
- Coordinate parking space leasing, assignment, and tracking.
- Support security, access control systems, badge coordination, and office access records.
- Assist with insurance-related documentation and administrative matters.
- Support ISO annual internal audits and related documentation preparation.
- Liaise with external government agencies, vendors, and organizations as needed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by management.
- 1-3+ years of office administration, administrative support, general affairs, HR admin, operations support, or related experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, documentation, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, outgoing, and comfortable coordinating with employees, vendors, and external contacts.
- Able to manage multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, or project-based companies is a plus.
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.
