Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately gauge patients' unique histories and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions that consider cultural and personal contexts.

• Provide various modalities of therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions focused on addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and fostering resilience.

• Identify a patient’s crisis situations, offering immediate, effective crisis intervention support as needed.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across different service providers.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Genuine understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in providing culturally responsive therapy to individuals and groups.

• Strong crisis intervention capability and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with a diverse clientele.

Patient First Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000.
