Social Behavioral Health Solutions LLC is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist, preferably a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), to join our dedicated team of professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychiatric assessments via telehealth platforms to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients in individual, group, and family settings, ensuring the implementation of a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to their needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case management and psychiatric teams to coordinate care, facilitating referrals and ensuring continuity in treatment.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support through teletherapy, addressing clients in acute distress with appropriate interventions.

• Engage in outreach efforts by creating informative resources and participating in community informational sessions to boost mental health literacy in Elmont and surrounding areas.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various ages and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to forge therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client documentation and manage caseload efficiently.

• Attractive salary range between $115,000 and $130,000 annually , based on your experience and credentials.
