Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals, preferences, and evidence-based practice standards.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients of varying ages, addressing specific concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples counseling sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ evolving needs and progress.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, adhering to legal and ethical documentation standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Stay informed about recent developments in marriage and family therapy through continuous professional education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, facing a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board.

• Proven experience in conducting individual and/or couples therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to complete client assessments, maintain clinical documentation, and develop treatment plans in a timely manner.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficient understanding of electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
