This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, tailoring each session to meet client needs.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and collaboratively design personalized treatment plans that promote their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of session notes and treatment plans using our easy-to-use EHR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in optional weekly virtual team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and engage in continuing education and training opportunities.

• Adhere to ethical standards as mandated by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) while maintaining confidentiality throughout all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a remote LCSW, you will work with a diverse clientele across California, including adults and adolescents from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences. You will address a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
