Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate mental health diagnoses based on the DSM V standards, identifying key client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic guidelines, ensuring effective treatment for each diagnosis.

• Utilize various therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavioral modification techniques, to enhance client engagement and progress during sessions.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to professional standards and fostering their development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals within the community, establishing cross-system treatment plans that enhance care continuity and support.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services, assessing patient needs and responding effectively to provide necessary support and referrals.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions for colleagues and community members on clinical topics, sharing your knowledge to foster a culture of learning and growth.

• Perform intake sessions with new clients, completing Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments to guide the treatment process for those with complex diagnoses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly work with mothers and clients from underrepresented communities who can benefit from your understanding of the socio-economic factors impacting mental health. Your approach should emphasize empathy, cultural sensitivity, and tailored interventions to suit individual clients, promoting their resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active independent license in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) and a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• Familiarity with co-occurring mental health disorders and substance use issues, enabling holistic treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
