Our facility operates from Monday through Saturday, allowing you to customize your working hours, ideally ranging from 10 to 40 client sessions per week. Key Responsibilities\n

In this vital role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring you capture the nuances of each client's situation.

• Triage and manage care for patients based on the results of your assessments while coordinating with other healthcare professionals to create a robust interdisciplinary care plan.

• Maintaining thorough and professional documentation of patient progress, assessments, and treatment plans, in line with agency protocols.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, thus supporting their personalized progress.

• Engaging in case management activities to ensure continuity of care, which includes liaising with community resources and specialists to provide comprehensive support.
