Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and identify appropriate interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in regular virtual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing, maintaining a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes seamlessly in the Simple Practice platform.

• Collaborate with school personnel and parents as needed to support the overall mental well-being of students.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, including attending support groups and continuing education opportunities.

• Adhere to ethical practices and confidentiality agreements as a licensed mental health professional.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. Your expertise will cater to a diverse population ranging from teens facing typical developmental challenges to individuals dealing with more complex mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Two or more years of direct experience in mental health counseling and treatment planning.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to foster effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 110,000 annually. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
