Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, families, groups, and couples to address various mental health challenges.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and comprehensive client care, improving overall treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
