Our typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on the needs of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to evaluate emotional and behavioral issues.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are developmentally appropriate and sensitive to family dynamics, ensuring a tailored approach for each patient.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and other modalities to effectively address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care and to facilitate integrated treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses to safeguard patients and their families.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and the resources available within the community to empower them in their mental health journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient tracking of progress and care.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights during case consultations, and attending professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on supporting children and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health issues. You will provide essential care to clients from diverse backgrounds, tackling challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, ADHD, and behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven expertise in child and adolescent mental health disorders, with a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy, with a focus on establishing supportive relationships with young clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
