Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that our clients receive the care they need. As part of a community health clinic, you will engage with a supportive team environment that values collaboration, open communication, and shared learning. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in line with established legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse group of children and adolescents, focusing on those experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Proficient knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Strong experience in providing individual and family therapy for young patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
