Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments which include detailed discussions to identify patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to engage individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups addressing common concerns such as stress management, mindfulness, and coping strategies, thereby promoting community and peer support.

• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to develop integrated care plans that enhance overall patient wellness, including medication management if applicable.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and care for clients in distress.

• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and relevant resources in their community.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development, sharing insights and best practices with peers.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
