Work Environment\n

The successful candidate will operate remotely to maintain accessibility for clients while still engaging in a structured and collaborative work approach. Our schedule is predominantly Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, challenges, and strengths, leading to the development of effective, personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address prevalent mental health issues among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create cohesive and robust care plans for patients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, ensuring clients receive timely assistance when they need it most.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and helpful community resources, promoting informed and engaged participation in their care.

• Maintain precise and secure documentation in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continued professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.

• Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health counseling to continuously improve treatment approaches for our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Strong foundational knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and contemporary therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating successful treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to diverse populations is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
