Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status and personal circumstances of clients, crafting strong therapeutic alliances.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that are aligned with the goals and aspirations of clients, employing evidence-based strategies to facilitate progress.

• Provide regular individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and other effective modalities.

• Manage crisis intervention when necessary, exhibiting calmness and professionalism while addressing urgent mental health challenges that arise.

• Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in mental health care through ongoing professional development activities, webinars, and conferences.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation while minimizing extraneous paperwork, allowing more time for direct client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. As a therapist, you will be required to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your approach to fit their individual needs, cultural contexts, and personal journeys. This diversity enriches our practice and fosters a community of support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Exhibit a high degree of empathy, compassion, and a supportive attitude throughout the therapeutic process.

• Organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and client needs.

• A clean disciplinary record with your licensing board is required.
