Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their specific needs and lifestyle.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, depending on the client's needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience is required, preferably in a similar outpatient setting.

• A solid understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n
