Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and provide individual counseling to clients, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Document clinical information accurately and promptly in accordance with organizational policies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services in a clinical or community setting.

• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
