We can teach restoration. We can't teach enthusiasm, work ethic, and a positive attitude. Compensation includes: $700 weekly draw during your first 60 days Uncapped commission on jobs generated Performance bonuses Flexible schedule Growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and support High performers can earn $70,000-$120,000+ annually. Job Requirements High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred 12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record Good verbal and written and communication skills Good customer service skills Highly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process Some work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business social events Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
