Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive online therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that suit individual client needs.

• Develop and maintain collaborative treatment plans that focus on empowering clients to set and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active Virginia license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
