Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions (individual and group) using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure that clients are receiving the most effective care possible.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and additional specialists to create a comprehensive care plan.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, employing strong assessment skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
