Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health conditions and requirements.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, applying evidence-based approaches that align with clients’ objectives and therapeutic needs.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing effective solution-focused strategies tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Employ teletherapy methods to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating a deep understanding of urgent mental health challenges.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay current with the latest mental health best practices and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adult clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. Our client population is vibrant and engaged, providing opportunities for meaningful interactions and transformative therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a flexible work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital health resources will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Demonstrated expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), will be an advantage.
