Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure HIPAA compliance by maintaining precise and confidential clinical records, protecting client privacy at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A valid master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

Firefly Support Groups Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
