This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while still allowing you to maintain quality patient interactions. The position is structured around a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adaptability required based on the needs of our clients. Our remote setup ensures that you can provide support and therapeutic services from the comfort of your own environment, while still actively participating in team meetings and case consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and build effective coping strategies.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care to all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies to ensure timely and effective support.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of direct post-licensure experience in a relevant therapeutic setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of trauma-related disorders, along with innovative trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
