Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support plans that address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges faced by students.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with students and their families to evaluate their current circumstances, identifying strengths and areas in need of improvement.

• Create specific, measurable goals tailored to each student's needs and regularly assess their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide information and guidance during counseling sessions to facilitate students' decision-making regarding their emotional and social health.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Attend case review meetings and contribute effectively to school-based interventions and strategy planning.

• Serve as a key-worker, fostering collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and healthcare providers.

• Assist in connecting students and families with community resources, such as counseling services and support groups, to reinforce their recovery efforts.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
