Work Environment

The role is based in our modern rehabilitation facility located in Santa Rosa, CA. As a full-time therapist, you will operate within a supportive team that values professional growth and patient-centered practice. Working hours are each weekday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to analyze their current conditions, medical histories, functional limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring alignment with patient expectations and commitment.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, including manual therapy techniques and progressive exercise prescription, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions and engage them in their therapy, fostering adherence to treatment plans and promoting proactive management of their health.
• Complete meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and care provided, ensuring compliance with our practice standards and supporting continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
