Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing flexibility in your schedule while maintaining a structured office environment for outpatient sessions. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing the stability and consistency needed for effective client interaction. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms among clients.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, goals, and preferences, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to foster understanding and empower recovery.

• Systematically monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure high-quality outcomes, adapting strategies as required based on evolving client needs.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive therapeutic experiences.

Qualifications\n
