Senior Account Executive

Our established brokerage client is growing their team. They're seeking Customer Sales hunters with a strong background in 3pl brokerage customer facing sales experience. If you love to win, this role could be for you. Requirements 3-7+ years of freight brokerage Customer Sales experience with a consistent track record of winning new business Demonstrated ability to generate new revenue annually as an individual contributor (this is not a people leadership role) Experience selling into a wide range of verticals including domestic FTL, LTL, Air, Ocean, Customs Brokerage, and Cross-Border Mexico freight Strong understanding of pipeline management and a disciplined, process-driven approach to prospecting Consultative, solutions-based selling style with strong executive presence Comfortable operating in a split model True hunter mentality, perseverance, high energy, and motivated to win $70,000 - $110,000 base + commission (depending on experience and flexible for high performers) Full medical benefits Must be willing and able to commute in office daily to the Tampa location #J-18808-Ljbffr
