Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive clinical consultations to fellow clinicians regarding mental health challenges across diverse patient demographics, including those dealing with geriatric issues and substance use disorders.

• Effectively interpret and relay critical information pertaining to patients and their families, including gathering and sharing social history data with team members to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Coordinate the development of individual treatment plans, making strategic recommendations and facilitating decision-making processes regarding patient care, particularly concerning their home environments.

• Engage in the planning of patient treatment pathways and review progress with colleagues to ensure aligned and effective therapeutic approaches.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall objectives of the mental health team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including those with long-standing issues related to depression, anxiety, and behavioral disorders, as well as vulnerable populations requiring sensitive handling. Your expertise will play a crucial role in their healing journey, particularly through our telehealth model that breaks down geographical barriers to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent state license is required; candidates must hold one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in completing clinical documentation, including progress notes, in a timely and efficient manner following client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
