Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, concerns, and goals.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions for clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication, and resolving family conflicts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear objectives and interventions that are aligned with each client’s goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance to clients facing urgent mental health situations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and various support resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards pertaining to confidentiality and informed consent.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing professional counseling practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, offering guaranteed rates which ensure payment prior to collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
