Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low acuity adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health concerns. This role focuses on empowering clients by enhancing their quality of life and improving their emotional well-being through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean disciplinary history is essential.
\n
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for therapy, including video conferencing tools and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
