Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients presenting with functional limitations and physical disabilities, using evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on the evaluations, continually considering the patient's progress and needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to optimize patient recovery, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education about the rehabilitation process, expected outcomes, and preventative measures for future injuries.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments provided, and progress notes, adhering to all professional and legal standards.
• Collaborate and communicate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and support staff, to provide a seamless continuum of care for each patient.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health literacy and engage new patients.
• Maintain a commitment to professional development by attending continuing education opportunities and training sessions.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, enhancing team competency and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus will be on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation services. Our diverse patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric individuals, necessitating a flexible and compassionate approach to meet their unique health care needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and word processing applications.
• A collaborative spirit with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Trust Point Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
