Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care tailored to each patient's unique goals, needs, and recovery challenges.
• Manage a caseload of patients efficiently, ensuring adequate time for thorough assessments and personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to guide patients through evidence-based interventions aimed at improving motion and mobility.
• Develop detailed care plans, incorporating manual therapy modalities and exercise programs that are tailored to enhance patients' strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Emphasize nonsurgical alternatives, focusing on promoting healthy lifestyle changes and reducing dependency on medications.
• Regularly assess patient progress, documenting treatment outcomes accurately and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Encourage and motivate patients to engage fully in their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive outlook on recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
