Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stryker Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients referred by healthcare providers.
• Administering therapeutic treatments across various specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
• Providing in-home therapeutic care to enhance patients' recovery process based on their specific treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will engage with a diverse patient population spanning various age groups and conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in treating patients with orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and pediatric needs. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Full-Time Physical Therapist position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient word processing and computer skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist is required, we especially value candidates who have experience in outpatient settings and have worked with various patient populations. Compensation and Benefits
