Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering crucial information on clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans that set achievable goals and outline effective interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients experiencing urgent mental health needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated client care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support and shared understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
