Paralegal

A seasoned professional is sought to join our client, a boutique law firm in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the legal team, enhancing the efficiency of daily operations and contributing to the success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and gather pertinent information for cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties.
• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
