Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group settings, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement integrated treatment plans for our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, ensuring timely and compassionate support during emergencies, guiding clients to appropriate resources as necessary.

• Participate in community outreach programs and workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering a supportive environment for those seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Painless Physical Therapy, the clients you will serve represent a diverse spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a respectful and nurturing interaction.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity towards individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working in a mental health setting, with a focus on telehealth delivery models being highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
