Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

• Support clients experiencing PTSD by providing structured guidance and coping strategies to navigate their symptoms effectively.
\n
• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that care is coordinated and referrals are made to additional resources when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment using established protocols such as ICD-9 standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive and integrated approach to treatment.
\n
• Offer family counseling services aimed at improving communication and relationships within families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care to a diverse clientele who face a range of mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your role is to foster a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere that encourages clients to engage fully in their therapy process, promoting healthier coping mechanisms and enhancing their overall wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health therapy and case management.
\n
• Solid understanding of therapeutic methods, especially CBT, ABA, and other evidence-based approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication skills and strong proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services, especially in a remote or outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

• Annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
