Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients’ complex mental health needs.

• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, based on each client's unique goals.

• Assist clients in developing essential coping strategies, insights, and life skills to manage their psychological challenges effectively.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions, adhering to legal regulations governing mental health practices.

• Provide informed decision support for clients, guiding them through various treatment options while encouraging autonomy in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our therapeutic team, you will work primarily with diverse client populations, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our clientele ranges widely in age and backgrounds, ensuring that every therapist's skill set is put to effective use. The opportunity to offer remote services allows for greater accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices.

• Strong commitment to ethical integrity, including adherence to professional codes of conduct and mental health regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cultivate a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with additional training in trauma-informed care or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably. Experience working in a telehealth environment is also preferable, as it aligns with our emphasis on providing accessible care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
