Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments using established diagnostic frameworks to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and the specific goals of clients.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the clients' needs.

• Actively advocate for patients, providing guidance and connecting them with community resources, support groups, and additional services.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various age groups and backgrounds, including children, families, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders, as well as those dealing with co-occurring substance use issues. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in helping them navigate their journeys towards recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of current practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, preferably working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as familiarity with treat co-occurring disorders related to substance abuse.

• Previous experience working with children, families, and couples is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and other digital health tools is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
