Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health status through e-therapy sessions, establishing rapport and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe disorders such as eating disorders and substance use. You will utilize culturally competent practices, recognizing the individuality of clients' backgrounds, and adapting your therapeutic approach accordingly to create an inclusive environment.

Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  A current and valid state licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our benefits package encompasses:
