Sales Development Representative

We are looking for an ambitious, curious and highly driven Sales Development Representative to help establish and accelerate Resulting's growth across North America.

You will work directly with our Senior Enterprise Account Executive to identify and engage target enterprise organisations, create meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.

This is not a high-volume, transactional SDR role. You will be engaging with CIOs, SAP leaders and transformation executives at some of North America's largest organisations. Success will come from intelligent research, personalised outreach, understanding customer challenges and creating genuine value from the very first interaction.

This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of our US growth journey, learn enterprise sales from experienced leaders and build a career path into Account Executive and future sales leadership roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pipeline Generation & Account Research
  • Identify and research target accounts, including understanding their SAP landscape, transformation roadmap, business priorities and key stakeholders.
  • Build targeted account plans alongside the Senior Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Identify and engage CIOs, Chief Transformation Officers, Heads of SAP and other senior technology leaders.
  • Use a multi-channel outreach strategy including LinkedIn, email, phone, events and partner introductions.
  • Create qualified meetings and opportunities for the Senior Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Account-Based Selling & Market Intelligence
  • Execute thoughtful account-based sales development campaigns.
  • Develop highly personalised messaging that demonstrates an understanding of each prospect's challenges.
  • Capture and share market intelligence, customer feedback and competitive insights.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure prospect activity is well documented.
  • Commercial Excellence
  • Operate with strong qualification discipline using MEDDPICC principles.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed targets for meetings, pipeline creation and opportunity quality.
  • Continuously improve outreach techniques, messaging and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Marketing to convert campaigns, content and events into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Brand Building
  • Partner with the Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Marketing and the wider Resulting team to create a repeatable North American go-to-market motion.
  • Represent Resulting at industry events, customer roundtables and partner sessions.
  • Help establish Resulting's reputation as the independent voice in SAP S/4HANA transformation.
