Outbound Sales Executive

AI Reputation is the category leader in AI driven online reputation management. We protect and rebuild how executives, physicians, attorneys, financial professionals, and business owners appear when someone searches their name. Our clients come to us when the stakes are personal and the margin for error is zero.
\n \nWe are hiring an Outbound Sales Executive. This is a pure hunting role. There is no inbound lead flow and no book of business to inherit. You will find the prospects, start the conversation, and close the deal. If you love the phone, thrive on rejection turning into revenue, and want to be paid for what you produce, keep reading.
\n \nWhat You Will Do
\n- Prospect daily into high value professionals through phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn
\n- Run discovery calls that uncover what is at stake for the prospect personally and professionally
\n- Present our solutions with clarity and confidence, and handle objections without discounting
\n- Close new clients consistently and own your pipeline from first touch to signed agreement
\n- Keep your pipeline accurate and your follow up relentless
\n- Hand closed clients to our Account Management team with a clean, complete handoff
\n- Hit and exceed monthly targets
\n \nWhat We Are Looking For
\n- 2 to 5 years of outbound, quota carrying sales experience with a track record of closing
\n- A history of exceeding targets, and the numbers to prove it
\n- Strong phone presence and comfort speaking with senior executives and licensed professionals
\n- Consultative selling skills in high trust, high ticket environments
\n- Discipline: you do the activity every day whether anyone is watching or not
\n- Excellent written and verbal communication
\n- Experience selling professional services, SaaS, legal, financial, or marketing services is a plus
\n \nCompensation
\n- $100,000 to $150,000 OTE (base salary plus commission)
\n- Commission paid on every deal you close
\n- Full time, W2, fully remote within the United States
