Key Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs by conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care is delivered to every client.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities, contributing to an environment of shared learning and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help guide clients to achieve greater emotional stability and develop practical coping strategies in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required to effectively support our clients’ needs.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly valued.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, employees will benefit from unlimited client referrals, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional care without the burden of extensive administrative tasks such as billing and paperwork.
